As usual, the idea of all these interviews is just to give you something to think about in your own trading, maybe a strategy to add or some other consideration in the mornings when you're getting up and turning on your computers and looking for those opportunities in the markets. And we're going to talk with Daniel today. I found him on Twitter actually. He goes by the username, @AtticManTrader and we're going to talk to him about how he got into the markets and his trading style as well. So Daniel, first of all thanks for being on the show with us.
Daniel Jackson Well, thank you very much, Tim for asking me.
TraderInterviews.com: Well, I'm calling you here in the UK obviously. Well, maybe not obviously, but you got the accent there, so it's a good guess. Are you trading US markets or European markets?
Daniel Jackson Currently, I'm trading UK stocks. I've done a little bit of index trading American top stocks before, but currently it's just UK stocks.
TraderInterviews.com: OK. And how did you get into trading in the first place?
Daniel Jackson Well, actually I think I've probably chart my interest back to when I was at school. I got interested in looking at these sort of the financial information in the paper, and I realized that there was an interest there. I think we played this little stock trading game where I realized that penny stocks, if they moved by one P would impact my paper account more than my competitors. So that's how I started. So in the last four or five years, my interest was rekindled by developing Trade Station strategies. So apart from trade, I was a software developer.
