Specs: 23 mins, 52 secs | 11 MB
Mark Longo is a former CBOE floor trader who now trades on his own and runs TheOptionsInsider.com website that educated traders on various options strategies and news. We discuss how trading differs for him now off the floor and I ask him if there is value in the services that give retail traders the pit sounds. We then talk about several options strategies, how the VIX has become a popular security to trade and how traders are also using it as an indicator. Finally, discuss "Iron Butterfly" options strategies and the growing popularity of binary options as a trading tool.

TraderInterviews.com: Hello, everybody. Welcome back to Trader Interviews and MoneyShow.com. Thank you for joining us for another interview this week. I left the floor about a week before 9/11, so from a position standpoint it actually was good timing. And I traded on my own for a number of years and then I started getting into writing about and commenting on trading as well. I started up a column for Traders Magazine about options trading. I did content for a variety of...
