Email newsletter subscribers' email addresses are held in strict confidence and are never sold, rented or distributed in any manner to any other party. Users may unsubscribe at any time from a clearly marked automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. The "To" field always contains the subscriber's email address, allowing subscribers to easily unsubscribe the proper email address.
The "Marketplace" page allows website visitors to request information from companies who are included in the directory of products and services. The contact information you submit on that form is sent directly to that company. Once that information has been submitted, TNC New Media has no control over what that company does with that information. You are encouraged to check the privacy policy of the companies you request information from prior to submitting your contact information to them via that form.
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Website usage by an individual is always kept confidential. Statistics and data about how visitors use the website are given to potential and current advertisers only in aggregate and never contain personally identifiable information about visitors.
