Q: If I purchase individual interviews and decide to upgrade to an Pass later, can I get a credit?

A: Yes. If you purchase individual interviews and then later decide to upgrade to a Pass within the next 30 days, we will credit what you already paid for those individual interviews toward the price of the Pass.

Q: Are the interviews I download during my Pass mine to keep forever?

A: Yes. You can download every interview to your computer and they are yours to keep forever. The interviews are in Mp3 format and can easily be transferred to your iPod or other mobile device or burned to a CD.

Q: Can I access the interviews in iTunes or other RSS reader?

A: Yes. You can access the interviews in iTunes or any RSS reader that accepts password protected feeds. The steps to subscribe are easy, but a bit different than other podcasts:

A) In iTunes on the menus at the top left, select Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast
B) In the box that pops up, enter the following:
https://username:password@www.traderinterviews.com/members_feed/
(substituting your username and password for "username" and "password" in the text above)

Q: When I click on the "Download full mp3 file" it starts playing the interview instead of downloading it or nothing happens. How do I download the interview?

A: a) Right click on the graphic or "Download mp3" text link



b) Click on "Save Target As..."

c) You will then see a "Save as" box. Click "Save" and be sure to note where it is saving to so you can retrieve the file after it is downloaded.

Note: If you are using Firefox as your browser, follow the same steps. But instead of "Save Target As", it will say "Save Link As"
